What Does Success Look Like in This Role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Experience Center, you will be responsible for planning, execution, tracking, and analysis of all marketing initiatives.

  • Operating as the main point of contact for all matters specific to the account.

  • Showing strong project management and collaboration skills to work with different stakeholders and interdepartmental disciplines.

A bit about you:

  • Language skills: German, Italian, French, or Spanish

  • English: Advanced

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years proven marketing experience (client or agency)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • Driving License: B Category driving license

  • Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of the most relevant communication channels

  • Industry Experience: Luxury brand or automotive marketing experience

  • Campaign Activation: 360° Campaign activation (incl. Media, CRM, Website, Social, etc.)

  • KPIs & Metrics: Understanding of relevant marketing metrics and KPI’s

  • Client Relations: Answering client queries and developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders

  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Results Orientation: Results-driven with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Mindset: Pro-active and entrepreneurial mindset
